In November 2014, we opened another express service center in OC Flora in Prague. A total network of 25 branches/collected is available to customers throughout the Czech Republic. We can do minor repairs such as glass replacement within 60 minutes. Every day, from Monday to Sunday, we can find and solve the fault of your device. Hello, we are not an authorized service, because otherwise we would not be able to change glasses for customers. You have a 6-month warranty on work and 24 months on parts.

Worst service (OC Flora) I have ever experienced. The phone has been waiting for repair for three weeks, no response from the service, I had to ask regularly. After three weeks, I find out that they still don't have a spare part, but that they can't even find the phone anymore. Then they tell me that I have already taken it over. Then again, that it is not in Flora, but in Butovice. I finally find out that they used parts from my phone for another phone and that's why they can't find mine. But that they will find the person to whom they gave the parts from my phone and solve everything by returning the parts. I still don't have my phone in my hand yet. The approach of the service appalling, the behavior of the operator is not even worth commenting on. Maybe instead of displaying female virtues, they would like to improve their behavior towards the customer. As compensation, they offer a discount on the next repair, as if they were expecting me to fix something for them. I absolutely do not understand how a service can afford to repair phones by using parts from one repair to another. I think I will be happy if I get the phone from this service at least in the condition in which I handed it over to them. But I doubt it, I'll probably have a completely scrapped phone with parts from completely different devices, just so they can put something in my hand. Just this so-called service, never again. And I was sent to it by the brand Sony dealer Elvia Pro.
Conclusion of the repair: after promising that the owner of the service would solve the situation, I did not receive any contact. Even the service didn't take any numbers, it only picked up the number I borrowed. Finally, I came to the service again in person, for the fourth time. After being convinced that the phone had already been returned to us, then the argument changed to the fact that the repairman had mistakenly switched parts of the phone, I forced the service to call the repairman. I don't know if the threat of calling the police helped, because at that point the attendant changed their attitude. The repairman contacted very clearly and decisively announced that he had not repaired our type of phone in the last 3 weeks and had not even had it in his hand. What was the surprise of the service when they found out that they didn't even know the type of our phone. Finally, after a long time, the phone was returned to me saying that they put it in a drawer and forgot about it. So I didn't have a phone for three weeks, I was forced to visit the service in person several times, I was convinced that the phone had already been returned to me, then that they couldn't find it and finally after 3 weeks I have at least a broken phone back. I'm glad for that, because it looked like even the broken one wouldn't be returned to me. The behavior of the service was very unprofessional, the operator was either silent or did not even look at you during the call, did not answer the phones and avoided solving the problem. As much as I didn't like it, we had to proceed to a very harsh negotiation, sometimes yelling at the staff and especially I had to persevere in the negotiation, when the staff already pretended that I wasn't standing there and couldn't see me. Which cost me a lot of time, because negotiations with the service lasted up to 40 minutes each visit. The owner of the service couldn't even call, let alone apologise, during the entire time. For other customers of the service, I only hope that my case was really just the result of the incompetence of selected individuals.
