For a one-time fee, iLove Servis will take over the warranty for the device and at the same time carry out the necessary repair. Repair prices are also lower than in authorized service centers. For example, replacing a cracked glass on an iPhone 7 costs 3200 crowns at iLove Servis. Another important benefit is the guarantee that the phone will remain waterproof.

The guarantee of warranty repairs is taken over by iLove Servis based on the proof of an invoice from any seller in the Czech Republic, from which it can be distinguished whether the phone was purchased for an individual or a legal entity. The unique telephone identification number (IMEI) must also be on the invoice. The one-time fee varies between 290 and 490 crowns and depends on the specific phone model and its age. The service makes it possible to speed up the repair itself compared to an authorized service by a few days, with cost savings of up to 40%.
