If you run a small business or are self-employed, you regularly come across invoices. There are many tools that try to make invoicing and related activities easier for you. If your accounting is handled by a third party and you primarily need simple software for creating and managing invoices that you will then pass on, you might be interested in the Czech iFaktury application.
iFaktury is not really an advanced accounting program, the goal of the Code Creator studio was to make creating the necessary documents for invoicing as easy as possible.
Entire iInvoices also look accordingly. A simple window with a minimum of settings and maximally clear data entry. For each company that you create in iFaktury (new compared to the previous version, when you could only create one), the application can record a list of customers, items for sale, invoices, advance invoices, credit notes and tax documents for received payments.
By entering the date and type of payment, you can register paid and unpaid invoices in iFaktura. When paying in cash, you can also print a cash receipt. According to the latest legislation, the application supports three VAT rates as well as deferred tax liability.
All documents and invoices that you create in the application can link to each other. iFaktury then displays the links, so you can easily find the source or destination document for each document.
In iInvoices, you will use the buttons the most Add a Create a document. With the first button, you can create new invoices, credit notes, advance invoices, tax documents and more in the relevant sections. A clear list of all items is always displayed in the upper part of the window, and their details in the lower part, where you can fill them in at the same time.
If he wants to follow up on one of the already created documents, you use the button Create a document. Once you have created an order, you can use it to create an invoice or advance invoice; you create a tax document for the received payment from the advance invoice; you create a settlement invoice from the tax document; you create a credit note from the invoice. With a single click, you can create any necessary document according to the applicable legislation and you don't have to deal with anything else.
For now, the iFaktury application remains the simplest possible manager and creator of your invoices. However, the developers want to introduce support for currencies and their exchange rates in the next versions, as well as the ability to print invoices in English. iInvoices should also be extended to include job costs, making it possible to track job returns. The goal is to create an application that will help monitor cash-flow and monitor the company's financial status.
iPad owners might also be interested in potential applications for the apple tablet. Since iInvoices are connected to iCloud, the iPad could at least display invoices and other data, but the developers are still waiting to see if there will be interest from users. You can express it at the address www.ifaktury.cc (.cc as Code Creator).
iInvoices can be found in the Mac App Store as a free download. You will always have to pay for each accounting period, which is a license for the full functionality of the application for a period of 12 months. You must purchase a accounting period separately for each company. One period normally costs $20, but now you can get it for 50% off for $10, so if you like iInvoices, don't hesitate.

um it's not free
I recommend Slovak http://www.iKros.sk, web interface and data export to Alpha/Omega.
It's also not cheap, but it's really worth it. I've been using it for half a year
sry, the basis is zadara, paid until further functions...
Is there anywhere to see what the tax document - invoice created by the program looks like? Can it be modified, custom logo, etc.? I hope their ad isn't there…
Hello,
I have uploaded a sample PDF invoice with two numerical items and one textual item to the server so that it is two-paged.
The only advertisement is, like in all accounting programs, a small logo in the footer.
The PDF can be found here: http://ifaktury.cc/faktura.pdf
It is almost identical, but for illustration, it is also one-page - can be found here: http://ifaktury.cc/faktura_2.pdf
Thank you for the speed and willingness, it looks nice.
Thank you.
I recommend downloading the app (free) and going through it in a test company that should be included.
Is it possible to send an invoice to email directly from the application? I still don't understand why there is a logo of your company in the footer when I would pay for the application? In addition, it is relatively large and colorful. A text version would be acceptable, but I still don't understand why it's there at all. I was also unable to display the preview of the invoice, for example in PDF. Thank you for answer. ;-)
Hello.
At the top right is the item "Print" - after selecting, for example, an invoice, a system window for printing will appear in OS X, where the item "PDF" is in the lower left corner. Via this, you can send a PDF directly by email, view a preview, make multiple copies and everything else that the system offers as such.
The logo of the application (not of the authors, that would have to be different) is a common thing in these systems – even paid ones, viz. for example, perhaps the largest accounting system for companies "Premier system" and their invoice - http://www.premier.cz/soubory/qr2.png
As the only color element, I believe that setting the PDF to black and white is the solution for anyone who doesn't want it in color.
Thanks for your interest.
Doesn't it seem a little clumsy if I have to print the invoice to view it? I would like to double-click on the invoice or click on an icon to see a preview. Sending the invoice itself should be done with one click directly from the application. It can't be that hard to do. Tim file if you want 20$ per year for palika. As for the system logo in the invoice, I honestly don't care what others are doing. I would like to try using your app and the system logo on the invoice bothers me, because of the way it is placed in your app.
I also see the system logo in the invoice, but I'm also missing the QR code for payment. I consider these two shortcomings to be fundamental. Skoda otherwise looks nice.
QR codes are planned in one of the following updates.
I tried the app and unfortunately it seems very unfinished. :-( See the comments above, plus the app is so simple that it can't do anything in the final. I'll do better with some Excel.
Good day. In the program, I normally have purchased the period 2015. However, when I create an invoice and put the item "Print" for example "invoice", nothing happens at all. No system window will appear. Do you know when there might be a problem?
Thank you Pavlína.
Hello,
please contact us at kunhart@codecreator.cz, we will look at the problem.
Thanks, Kaspar.
With classic accounting programs, the print reports can be edited to your liking and I don't have to have items and logos that I don't want or add things that I need there. Does it also work with iFaktury?
For now, it is possible to add a logo and edit other details in the print settings (see attachment), it is not possible to put together an assembly of components individually.
If customers are interested in it (which there obviously is for now), similarly to the iOS version, it will be included in one of the next updates, as well as all the changes requested so far.
Great except for the logo in the heel.
Maybe it would be worth it to go out with it, and it will be useful to be able to do something. There is plenty of incentive. This is how people get upset from the start.
The worst thing is that it costs 20 euros per year and it doesn't do anything. :D
I personally use iDoklad.cz and I am very satisfied. And it's free.
So personally, I've been using iFaktury for about a year and a half, still with the blue icon. The application is controlled somehow strangely, e.g. entering items in orders is lousy. Any reports of issued invoices are missing. No one responded at all to the request sent to the developers to supplement at least one basic assembly with sorting according to basic parameters (issue date, customer, etc.) even at the cost of paying for the additional programming myself. When I want a list of invoices for the last month, I solve it with CMD+SHIFT+4 and calculate the totals on a calculator, which is a solution from the mid-70s. And another thing that bothers me, when viewing the order/invoice, the dialog box contains the most annoying red circle possible to close the window. So I'm looking forward to Mr. Kašpar's answer. Thanks.
You can wait for that :-D
Hello,
thanks for the response.
iInvoices version 2 has been completely redesigned. Entering items into the document is handled differently (using the + / - buttons), which should be more user-friendly. For each type of document, there is a print report Overview... This report prints only the currently displayed documents (so all of them, or maybe just one year, after applying the search filter, only what you are interested in). In the new version, these reports also respond to sorting - as you sort the documents in the window, they will be printed for you. Filtering by month does not work yet, we are trying to implement it in one of the next versions.
If you are interested, try version 2 and contact us via the contact form on the website. Thanks.
Thanks for the reply. I will occasionally try a new version.
