I Dig It by InMotion Software isn't too complicated, but it's all the more addictive. The principle is simple: you have a (flying) drill, with which you try to mine as many different metals and precious stones as possible from underground, for which you get money, which you can then use to upgrade your drill. As time goes by, you get deeper and deeper with your drill, and the underground passages gradually become a maze, making it increasingly difficult to get back to the surface, while the fuel is rapidly dwindling.

This was exactly the reason why I had to repeat the campaign several times (and after half an hour of playing it is not pleasant). What are the game modes? In addition to the campaign, free play and tutorial, we can also choose one of five different game modes (e.g. find 100 diamonds within half an hour, etc.). Like most people, I started from the tutorial, which disappointed me quite a bit (fortunately only that one, otherwise I really liked the game). You appear with your drill at the shop (where you can buy various upgrades), and you have to figure out most things by yourself, you get various hints as you play.

However, the campaign itself excited me - the story is that as the owner of a farm that does not make money and has a lot of debt, you need to get $100,000 in four hours just by mining. And four hours really mean four hours. If you think (as I originally did) that no one can stay playing one game for that long, then you are wrong - no one has heard of me all this time. Of course, if you are good, you can get $100,000 in much less time, it depends on you.

Quite interesting is the way to control the drill using the joystick at the bottom right of the screen. It can also be controlled using touches on the screen near the drill, however, you use your finger to cover the surroundings and then not see where the drill is going. In the lower left corner there are indicators of damage to the drill, the degree of overheating, the fuel tank and the amount of money obtained. At the top right is the depth indicator and at the top left is the number of points earned.

I have to say that I was really excited about this game - although the principle is simple, in I Dig It you can dig and drill for hours and hours and it will not stop entertaining you :). And if you hurry now, you can get this portion of fun for just €0,79, because it's 70% off right now. In addition, the author promises an update soon, which will add new content and many improvements to the game. It's definitely worth it!
