On the occasion of today's developer conference WWDC21, Apple presented new operating systems, which are already classically loaded with various innovations. As you may already know from previous years, the first developer beta versions are released immediately after the presentation. These are only available to people with a developer account. Public betas won't be out until next month. But that doesn't mean you can't try new systems right away. How to proceed in such a case?

How to install new operating systems

To get access to the first developer beta versions, you need a so-called developer account. Fortunately, this can be achieved quite simply. Web page betaprofiles.com because it offers developer profiles, with the help of which news can be installed immediately. The process is also quite simple:

  • From the web betaprofiles.com it is necessary to select the system you wish to install (iOS 15 for example) and click the button in it Install Profile
  • A notification will appear, tap on it Allow and subsequently on Close. The profile will be downloaded.
  • Now go to Settings, where you select a tab In general and drive to Profile. Here you will see the downloaded profile, just click on it.
  • At the top right, tap Install, enter the code lock, confirm the terms and conditions and tap again Install.
  • Now the device (iPhone in our case) is required restart, which is possible through the displayed window.
  • After turning it back on, just go to Settings, again into the card In general, here go to Software update and download and install the update.

What you should watch out for

But keep in mind that these are the first ever developer betas, and they can (and will) contain a lot of bugs. These versions are only used for testing purposes, when the developers subsequently inform Apple about the mentioned errors. In this way, it is possible to eliminate as many problems as possible before the release of a sharp version for the public. Therefore, you should definitely not install the beta on your primary devices that you work with on a daily basis. But if you're looking to try new systems, you should at least back up your device and preferably use an older model.
