Who is stronger? Ganryu, or E. Honda, Paul, or Ken, or Heihachi, or Bison? Connoisseurs probably already know that I am referring to the eternal battle between the iconic beaters Tekken and Street Fighter. I literally adored both games when I was young, and I honestly admit that I've always been more of a fan of Tekken. I'd probably be a little happier if I could describe the experience of playing Tekken on the iPhone right now, but of course I'm happy with Street Fighter as well.

In short, the developers from Capcom got ahead of Namco and last week the exclusive retro game Street Fighter IV Champion Edition hit the App Store.

I've been excited since the first launch. I like that the developers put a modern coat on the game and added three new characters to the lineup - Ibuki, Dudley and Poison. We already know the other twenty-two characters. The list includes, for example, Abel, Vega, Akuma or Gruile. The developers even promise to introduce more characters in the new update. So we definitely have something to look forward to.

If Street Fighter doesn't mean anything to you and you've never played it in your life, definitely don't stop reading. I dare to say that there is currently no, or rather, a better thresher has not been released on iOS devices. Let's face it, Mortal Kombat has always been a poor relative that once had its magic, but lost it a long time ago. In one of the game tips, I described my impressions of Mortal Kombat X, which Street Fighter has now pocketed.

Mortal Kombat X offers better graphics and design from the current century, but Street Fighter is miles away in terms of gameplay. Right in the menu, you can choose whether you want to start playing solo or if you prefer multiplayer. I tried both variants and I like the single player better. In multiplayer, you have to wait a long time for an opponent. When the computer threw someone at me, the game was really jerky and I didn't enjoy it very much. The game also crashed repeatedly, so not much.

On the contrary, in a solo game I can choose from Arcade mode, Survival, Challenge or just practice freely. Perhaps the best news is that the Street Fighter developers have incorporated wireless controller support into the game. If you have a controller at home SteelSeries Nimbus, so don't hesitate and put it in the game right away. Otherwise, the virtual buttons will have to suffice.

Once you get into combat, you have to press different combinations of buttons as if you were deprived of meaning. As always, the better you are, the more damage you inflict on your opponent and the faster you send them to the ground. I probably don't need to explain that each character has different special attacks, abilities, and of course also controls different martial arts. Don't forget to also look at the Command list, where you will find a detailed list of attacks for each character, including how to invoke them. However, sometimes it takes a little practice and practice.

The Challenge mode can serve you well in this, where you can quickly master the attacks, similar to training. You also have different arenas to choose from that are spread across the world. When choosing a character, you can also always choose from two variants of her clothing. Street Fighter IV Champion Edition is simply flawless. For me, it is the current king of all threshers, and I definitely do not regret investing 149 crowns. For fans, it is a must to download the game and spend several evenings with it.
