Jan Zdarsa All major Internet players are aware of the importance of the iPad, and Google is no different. Google has prepared Gmail specially formatted for the iPad screen.
Google certainly belongs to the elite in the creation of web applications. I don't have to worry about calling Gmail the best freemail solution. Gmail formatted for iPhone, created in HTML5, I admire every day and sometimes I prefer it to the iPhone mail client.
Although Google could have kept Gmail formatted on the iPad screen in the same way as on the desktop, they were probably not satisfied with this solution. So they took the iPhone UI and tweaked it slightly for the iPad screen. Try the result for yourself, I think Gmail for iPad has really succeeded!
