The services provided by Google are usually convenient and of high quality. Many users do not allow maps, various productivity tools or virtual office tools. Searching for images on Google was also very popular, but now it has undergone changes that do not look very good.

For many people, Google Images is the main way they search for photos on the Internet. The path to the image you were looking for usually led to entering the relevant term in the search, choosing the "Images" category and clicking on the option to display the image. It is the last-mentioned step that Google has decided to make slightly more difficult for users.

At first glance, this does not seem like an insurmountable problem - instead of a button in the search results, you simply right-click on the image and choose "Open image in new tab", but you may be disappointed with the result. The image may not always be displayed in full quality, size and resolution.

Google certainly doesn't want to intentionally make life miserable for users with this small but significant change. This is the result of a long firefight with Getty Images regarding people searching for images from this stock via Google and then abusing them. Getty Images liked to file lawsuits against all parties, and Google was no exception. Removing the "View Image" button was one of Google's concessions to the photo bank.

But not only Getty Images benefits from the result - the new way of displaying images from Google search results will take users directly to the pages where the images are located, which should, among other things, eliminate the illegal use of images.
