However, Floppy Knights certainly does not lack ambition despite its minimalist plot. At the heart of the gameplay is an original combination of tactical strategy and card games. Using one of three types of monsters, you'll face a series of constantly improving opponents in turn-based battles. Playing each of your fighters gives you an arsenal of special ability cards. You combine these with carefully selected support cards to sweep your opponents with inventive combinations.
You fight each of the battles on the game fields divided into squares. In addition to the enemies, the complexity of the environment also increases during the campaign. You will gradually replace a number of different biomes, which bring new risks and opportunities to the game in the form of special boxes and events. Great gameplay and perfectly balanced difficulty are perfectly complemented by a graphic style that seems to have fallen out of children's fairy tales and a refreshing retro soundtrack.
