Flight Control has been the top paid iPhone app in the Appstore for a long time now, but I successfully resisted it until yesterday. I couldn't stand it, I bought the iPhone game Flight Control and I certainly don't regret it. The goal of the game is not complicated at all, different planes are coming to your screen and you have to arrange the traffic so that none of them crash and land safely on the ground.

Although it may seem simple, it certainly isn't. There are 4 types of aircraft in the game, which have to land on 3 airstrips - a heliport, a short runway and a long runway. The game begins at a leisurely pace, with one type of aircraft arriving and guiding it to a single runway. But this pace does not last long and for a while you don't know where to put your fingers first. This is largely due to the fact that each type of aircraft flies at a different speed, so slow helicopters will often get in your way.

The controls work by always clicking on the plane and drawing its flight path, ideally to the landing field. What pleases me the most is that the control is really responsive and I've never had a problem with it. In terms of graphics, I have nothing to complain about the game, everything looks perfect. For a while, the game will definitely keep you entertained and you won't be able to tear yourself away from it, although after a few days it will probably get a little boring.

But the developers are preparing an update that will bring new planes, new runways and probably new layouts of the entire airport. There will also be an online leaderboard of the best results. Since the game costs only €0,79, you don't have to think long about the purchase. And if you really decide to buy the game (or if you already own it), don't forget to brag about your highest score under the article. I start it off with my 135 planes and the most I've ever had is 16 planes on screen at once. My new highscore is equal 223 aircraft.
