Already tomorrow, the third year of the event called the National Technical Library in Dejvice will start iCON Prague. Therefore, just before its start, we interviewed one of the organizers, Honza Dobrovský, who told us the last details about the program of the so-called festival and what we can look forward to. Anyone can come to NTK, even if they don't pay for any lectures, they will have a good portion of fun and enjoyment.

You can find the complete program of this year's iCON Prague here. Honzo, you have a program of the festival part under your patronage at iCON Prague, which absolutely everyone will be able to attend for free. Will it make sense to come to NTK just for iCONfestival?
Will be. This year's festival part is a little different from last year's and the year before. We planned the whole thing like a farmer's market in Kulaťák, only with accessories, lectures, workshops and partners that revolve around Apple. Small workshops will take place at the stands, there will be around nineteen of them in total. Plus lectures by interesting personalities and partners of this year's iCON.

As part of the festival, you promise extraordinary experiences. Is there anything in the program that you would like to stick to, or will it be best to experience it in its entirety? Will there be an issue at this year's iCON Prague that we haven't seen before?
I'm wondering where to start. Probably from us first. We equipped the individual stands with iBeacons, to which if a visitor comes with the application installed and running on their iPhone, a certain amount of credits (iCoins) will be added to their account, with which they will be able to 'buy' a limited edition iCON t-shirt when they leave. In short, we created a pop-up currency that we will reward visitors for their activity.

The lectures will cover some interesting topics, such as People and technology, Smart Cities, Periscope, how blind people work with iOS and others. The complete program has been on our website since yesterday evening. We've still left plenty of room for pure fun, not forgetting Mac gaming (we've got a 24GB RAM iMac ready for that), filming Digit twice live, and playing with interesting iOS toys and accessories.

I am also looking forward to the events at our partners' stands this year. A mini-cinema from HBO awaits us, where the new series of Game of Thrones will be shown, a musical shower, photography training in the studio by Honza Březina, playing Hearthstone on the iPad, toys that they probably play by themselves and don't even need us anymore, and a lot more. After all, a concise overview of the most important can be seen here.

During the weekend training sessions, where there are still a few free places left, visitors can learn to use Evernote, sketch, or get the most out of their Mac work directly with you. Is your course intended primarily for beginners, or will even an experienced Apple computer user learn something?
Both for beginners and advanced users. OS X has a bunch of cleverly hidden features that make life easier, and you may not even know about them or notice them after years of using the system. There will be a number of tips to make your life easier on the Mac, starting with Keychain, installing your own dictionaries and ending with Screen Sharing via iMessage.
