If your iPhone received a notification saying Face ID is unavailable after repair, there are a few steps you can try to get it working again. At the very beginning, it is necessary to check that all three connectors (see the image below) are properly connected to the motherboard. If they are, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting. If this procedure does not help, then it is likely that the Face ID flex cable has been broken - so perform a thorough inspection of them. If you manage to identify the damaged cable, you can have it repaired at a specialized company.

If you see a constantly repeating message on the screen asking you to move the device up or down, then it is simply wrong. To find out the cause, it is first necessary to stand in front of the mirror and call someone to find out the functionality of the proximity sensor, if you want proximity sensors. Functionality can be determined by whether the iPhone display turns off (functional) or not (non-functional) when making a call and bringing it close to the ear.
