The iPhone is quite an expensive phone, and especially the more careful users often try to protect it from various types of damage with all kinds of covers, covers and cases. The market with these protective properties is really saturated and it is therefore difficult to find your way around the offer of thousands of different packages and choose the right one that will suit you. If you're thinking about buying some kind of protection for your iPhone 5 or 5s, you shouldn't miss one of the more interesting products, which is the Twiggy Matt from Epico.
Twiggy Matt is a matte semi-transparent cover that protects the entire body of the phone except for the display. This is a stylish cover made of ultra-thin plastic that can protect the iPhone from dust and scratches. Thanks to its profile with a thickness of only 0,3 millimeters and a weight of three grams, this is a cover that really does not burden your pocket and does not make your iPhone visually larger, more robust or more shapeless. In short, Twiggy Matt is a thin plastic protection that tries not to unnecessarily detract from the beauty of the iPhone's perfect design, but rather to underline and highlight it.
Of course, with a thin and light profile comes a lower degree of protection. Protect the edges and back of your iPhone from scratches with Twiggy Matt. However, the cover will definitely not save the phone in case of a major fall, for example on pavement or pebbles, as we have seen for ourselves. This cover is perfect for protecting your iPhone's aluminum body when you carry it in your pocket, and ensures that you can place it on the table and slide it around on the tabletop without worry. However, it will not cripple the iPhone and will not fundamentally increase its resistance to rough and careless handling.
But it's not just the protection that Twiggy Matt gives your iPhone. A positive phenomenon is also the fact that its edges are slightly rounded and the phone is much better held in the hand. Thanks to such a cover, you can simply compensate for the ergonomic imperfections of the iPhone 5 and 5s and ensure that it will be more comfortable for you to handle. The plastic from which Twiggy Matt is made also has a non-slip finish, which again adds to the pleasant feeling when holding it. The material is also easy to wash and easy to keep clean.
Twiggy Matt may be elegant, but it's not an expensive iPhone accessory, so much as a consumer product. Because of its ultra-thinness and the material it's made of, it can't keep its original shape after a few months of use. More precisely, after a few months, the case may no longer fit your phone so gracefully and may tend to slip off the iPhone. It's a tribute to what Twiggy Matt is and what he's made of.
It is then up to everyone whether it is 439 crowns, how much does this case from Epic cost, willing to invest for protection that is not "immortal", but elegant and practically invisible in terms of dimensions and weight. In addition, a very interesting offer of a lifetime warranty can change the situation. "If it is clearly a case of damage that was not caused by your own doing, the cover can be returned practically indefinitely," explains Epishop's head of marketing, Jiří Trantina, how the guarantee works.
The positive thing is that the menu offers a total of seven different color versions of this cover. There is a pink, yellow, blue, green, black, gray and white variant on the menu, so everyone really has something to choose from. The variety of the menu also makes it easy to match the selection to the color of your phone.
We thank the store for lending the product Epishop.cz, in whose menu you will find others iPhone covers, which might interest you.
Well, the requested money is so terribly out of line that I have to react - practically identical packaging (except for the missing logo - the question is whether it is an advantage) can be bought without difficulty on ebay for less than 20 CZK including shipping. I will write it again - in words - about twenty Czech crowns total costs - postage from China is free. Yes - it is another extreme - from the other side - and it is not any better than the one promoted in the article - both are outside the reasonable price level for the given item and hardly leaves room for the eventual production of a competing product in Europe, but the price is 22x higher on the move too - especially since it is very likely also produced in China with costs that will correspond to the price I already wrote and in words.
... and regarding the comment from "fx", I will also add that the Chinese covers I am writing about are absolutely precise and without defects. After a year of use (both by me and a colleague). So the dog is definitely not buried in this!
can you provide some link, thanks for the helpful answer, I would definitely be interested in such a cover..
first ebay link which threw me off (didn't check if it was the same one i bought myself the other day)

I used to order similar cases from DX.com and I have to say that they were not worth anything... There were already defects on them from the factory, maybe one out of four was usable. After a month of use, they twisted around the buttons (where there is only a thin strip of plastic). Now I bought a branded but still relatively cheap Puro Ultra Slim. The iPhone 6 Plus cost me 189 CZK... It surrounds it from all sides (including the connectors), it is 0,3 mm thin, transparent, relatively strong... And the price includes a foil... So I can't complain.
Incredibly overpriced. And they are still on sale, but isn't it a little late to do an advertising article on iPhone 5/5S cases?
After seeing the 6, quite a few people bought the 5s, which will be on sale for at least another year, so I don't see anything extra special about it.
If there are at least ten of them in a package in different colors for that price, then fine. Otherwise it's a bad joke imo..
The price seems higher to me, but I have had quite a few negative experiences with ordering through DX and eBay. Although they sell it for a fortune, it has happened to me several times that, for example, I received a cover that did not fit my iPhone at all and I waited a month for it (I order from well-rated users). Claim impossible. For a change, my friend was sent something completely different from what he ordered. The fact that I can't communicate in Czech is fine, but the fact that it's often difficult to communicate in English too... Maybe I'm just unlucky, but in my eyes, that risk is greater than I'm comfortable with.
These ultra thin ones are great. So it's nothing durable, but it will reliably protect against scratches and, above all, it looks really good on the phone! It doesn't make it bigger and it fits better in the hand. I also ordered from DX a few times. But it's so bad :( so instead of waiting and hoping for it, I'd rather buy it in the Czech Republic with service and warranty. I don't quite understand how their lifetime warranty works?? It's like if my cover breaks, they give it to me new free or what?
