When Apple introduced the wireless AirPods, it did two things. Huge interest from customers and the associated problem with availability. Getting AirPods several months after release was an almost superhuman task. Yes, the headphones were available if you were lucky enough to catch the limited stock that appeared in the larger e-shops. However, if you shopped on the official website, the wait time was relentless. Shortly after the show, it went up to 9-12 weeks. However, the long waiting times should come to an end, as the availability of headphones is rapidly improving.

Large e-shops already have a stable stock of several pieces. Apple's official website is also much better. At the time of writing, the availability of wireless AirPods was set at 2-3 weeks and according to foreign reports, it seems that it could go down another week or so. It seems that after eight months since the introduction, the market has finally had enough and the headphones are starting to become available normally. As for large Czech e-shops, there is no problem with availability. Whether you look at Alza, CZC, Datart or official Apple resellers, there is usually a sufficient amount in stock everywhere.

There is still no threat of availability by the next day (if we are talking about the official website), but the stock should slowly but surely reach this state. During the last interview with shareholders Tim Cook confirmed, that they still have increased production capacities in order to best cover the very high demand. There is the question of how the launch of the new iPhone, and then the Christmas season, will affect global availability. AirPods have sold well throughout the year, so we can expect their sales to grow even more towards the end of the year. Where do you buy your Apple devices and accessories? Do you rely on the official website or do you buy from regular merchants?
