Donald Trump and his daughter Ivanka visited the Texas plant this Wednesday, where, among other things, the expected Mac Pro is manufactured. One of the purposes of the president's trip was to showcase the creation of American jobs and investment in local manufacturing. Several photos from the visit also appeared on Ivanka's official Instagram account, and on them we can see, for example, the packaging of the upcoming computer from Apple. A little later, President Trump posted a short video from the factory on his Twitter account.

“Introducing the new Mac Pro from Apple! Proudly Made in the United States!” reads the caption for the photo in question. Apple has released a number of high-quality photos of the computer itself on its website, but its packaging has been shrouded in mystery until now. According to the photos published on Instagram, the Mac Pro will be shipped in boxes, divided into two parts, and the package will be secured with a textile strap. The upper part of the box will be equipped with handles for better access to the lower part.

Inside the box, the Mac Pro will be protected by layers of specially processed paper, which, thanks to its specific structure, can perfectly absorb shocks. Selected Mac Pro models will then come with pre-installed wheels, according to the images. The new Mac Pro, together with the Pro Display XDR monitor, should officially go on sale this December. The new Mac Pro will bring unprecedented performance to the macOS platform.

In the highest configuration, the new modular Mac Pro can be equipped with up to a 28-core Intel Xeon processor, up to 1,5 TB of RAM and up to 4 TB of PCIe SSD storage. The computer will be equipped with up to eight expansion PCIe slots for additional accessories.
