Apple's management is not doing badly financially. In fact, leading personalities can come up with considerable sums and a number of other bonuses or company shares in a year. Some of them are really generous with their finances, as they donate a significant part to charities, for example. So let's take a look at the kind-hearted management of Apple, or what the main faces of the Californian company have been contributing to in recent years.

Tim Cook

By virtue of his position as CEO of Apple, Tim Cook is the most visible. So as soon as he donates money or shares to something, the whole world writes about it practically immediately. That is precisely why we have a lot of detailed information about his steps in this area, while we don't need to find even a single mention of other leading officials. However, Tim Cook is a completely different case and the internet is literally full of reports of him sending millions of dollars here and there. In general, it can be said that this is a generous person who likes to share his wealth with others. For example, in 2019 he donated $5 million in Apple stock to an unknown charity, and in 2020 he donated $7 million to two unknown charities ($5 + $2 million).

At the same time, it cannot be said that Cook would have resorted to something similar only in recent years. After all, this is perfectly demonstrated by the situation in 2012, when in total he donated an incredible 100 million dollars for various needs. In this case, a total of 50 million went to Stanford Hospitals (25 million for the construction of a new building and 25 million for a new children's hospital), with the next 50 million donated to the charity Product RED, which helps in the fight against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.

Eddy Cue

The name Eddy Cue is certainly no stranger to Apple fans. He is the vice president responsible for the services area, who is also being talked about as a possible successor to Tim Cook in the chair of the general director. This person also contributes to good causes, which, by the way, only became apparent yesterday. Cue, together with his wife Paula, donated 10 million dollars to Duke University, which should be used to develop the science and technology department. The donation itself should help the university to acquire and properly train a new generation of technologically passionate people who focus on the developing fields of artificial intelligence, cyber security and autonomous systems.

Phil Schiller

Phil Schiller is also a loyal employee of Apple, who has been helping Apple with its brilliant marketing for an incredible 30 years. But a year ago, he gave up his position as vice president of marketing and accepted a role with the title Apple Fellow, when it primarily focuses on organizing apple conferences. In any case, in 2017, the news spread around the world when Schiller and his wife, Kim Gassett-Schiller, donated 10 million dollars to the needs of the Bowdoin College institution located in the American state of Maine, where, by the way, both of their sons studied. This money was then to be used to build a laboratory and renovate classrooms, cafeterias and other spaces. In return, one research institute under the university was renamed the Schiller Coastal Studies Center.

Apple helps where it can

There is not much information to be found about other leading personalities of Apple. But that doesn't necessarily mean they don't contribute to good causes out of their own pockets. With a high probability, some vice presidents and other representatives from time to time donate some money to charity, for example, but since it is not the CEO of Apple, it is understandably not talked about anywhere. In addition, donations can also be purely anonymous.

But this does not change the fact that Apple as such also donates considerable sums to various cases. In this regard, we can cite several cases, for example, this year he donated a million dollars, iPads and other products to a youth LGBTQ organization, or last year 10 million dollars to the One World: Together at Home event, which supported the fight against the global covid-19 pandemic in the WHO organization . We could go on like this for a really long time. In short, it can be said that as soon as money is needed somewhere, Apple will gladly send it. Other great cases include, for example, youth development, fires in California, natural disasters around the world and others.
