Apple has launched new popularity charts within Apple Music. Special playlists with the most played songs are available in 116 countries of the world, including the Czech Republic. There is also a global ranking that brings together the most played songs from around the world.

Apple released a small update on Friday that included, among other things, news in the form of national rankings and an overall global popularity ranking. It is a classic TOP 100, in which the most popular songs on Apple Music appear, both according to the global selection and also according to the countries where Apple Music is available. In the Czech Republic, users have thus received an official "first party" ranking and do not have to rely on third-party selections. Since the rankings are directly owned by Apple, it can be expected that they reflect reality 100%.

The daily "reset", which always takes place at nine o'clock in the morning of our time, will ensure that the rankings are up to date. Users can thus see daily statistics about what is currently "in" in Apple Music and what, on the contrary, is declining in popularity.
