At WWDC, Apple announced so much that information about changes in the field of virtual currencies almost sank in. Astute developers have discovered that Apple changed the rules and started accepting applications that trade in the virtual currency Bitcoin again in the App Store. This happened after sharp criticism that came in February, when Apple downloaded all Bitcoin related apps. Now the first swallows have reached the App Store, signaling that the attractive virtual currency is no longer unwanted in Cupertino.

"Apple may allow the transfer of approved virtual currencies, provided that it is conducted in compliance with all state and federal laws in the countries where the application operates," the California company writes in its updated App Store Review Guidelines, and the first application to meet the outlined conditions, seems to be Coin pocket. It was the first to appear in the App Store after the change of rules and allows receiving and sending Bitcoin. In addition, in Coin Pocket we also find a QR scanner, value converter or encryption.

There are already other applications in the App Store that have to do with virtual currencies, specifically eGifter whether Bitcoin. Using the eGifter application, users can purchase gift cards for bitcoins, while the Betcoin application enables a simple betting game with virtual currency.

All the mentioned apps are available for free and it is very likely that new apps from developers focusing on Bitcoin virtual currency trading will continue to appear.
