Everyone likes to shop cheaply, and accessories from Apple (especially in our conditions) are not exactly among the cheapest. But if you planned save on memory upgrades to the new unibody Macbooks, so beware. How it looks like that unibody Macbooks they are pretty good for RAMs sensitive

Although some manufacturers claim that their RAMs are compatible with Mac computers, this is only partly true. In foreign discussions, many users report after upgrading stability issues, but it only applies to 3rd party manufacturers. This means that currently the safest way to upgrade memory is to buy it directly from Apple (which sells modules from Samsung). Otherwise, you risk that the purchase will cause you more trouble than benefit.

It probably has something to do with the fact that DDR3 memory is new to Macbooks, so there might be a different spec here, who knows. Anyway, personally, I would wait for the compatible memory lists to appear before upgrading the memory.
