iOS 5 is starting to surprise us interestingly. First, the hidden Panorama function appeared in the camera, now another function has appeared - a bar near the keyboard that offers words as part of autocorrection.
Such a bar is nothing new in mobile devices, the Android operating system has been boasting it for some time. Apple borrowed this idea, as in the case of the notification blind, on the other hand, Android regularly borrows functions from iOS.
In a small bar, based on the letters written, suggested words will appear. In the current autocorrect, the system always offers you only one more unlikely word that the system thinks you meant to write. Autocorrect could thus gain a completely new dimension.
The hidden version, which will likely appear in the next major update, can be activated with iBackupBot, and a jailbreak tweak to enable the bar can be expected. I wonder what else might be lurking in the bowels of the iOS 5 code, AutoCorrect and Panorama may not be the only disallowed features in the system.

An interesting discovery and I will definitely use it. I have a question that has nothing to do with the article, I apologize in advance, does anyone know why Czech songs have disappeared on iTunes, especially the older ones, thanks for the info
"Like in the case of the notification blind, Apple borrowed this idea, on the other hand, Android regularly borrows functions from iOS." Everyone borrows from everyone regularly. When will people finally stop worrying about it and simply enjoy what technology offers them? And it doesn't matter if they have this or that system... Toad and Mouse Wars.
Well, well. Although your reaction is very quiet, but at least something. :-)
Google also borrows ideas. But there is a difference. Google does not want to declare a "thermonuclear war" against Apple, nor is it asking for a ban on the sale of iPhones. :-)
