Although the first iPhone will celebrate its eleventh birthday this year and will therefore be a nice old man in the field of smartphones, many Apple fans still agree that it is definitely not lagging behind in its design. On the contrary, the first generation iPhone became a legend with a timeless look that is still one of the most sought-after items on auction servers. This is precisely why various manufacturers of accessories are returning to the first Apple phone, and ColorWare is the most current example. It boasted a limited edition skin that turns the iPhone 7 (Plus), 8 (Plus) and X into the very first iPhone, but of course only in terms of design.

ColorWare is a fairly famous company in the Apple world. He specializes in modifying essentially all Apple products, but not only those - he also modifies, for example, game consoles, headphones or speakers. As a result, the company is able to turn, for example, a silver MacBook into matte black, blue or red. It all depends on the customer's preferences. In addition to surface treatments, ColorWare also offers skins, i.e. stickers tailored to specific products. And it's the latest addition to the skins portfolio that's worth paying attention to, as it easily gets the design of the first generation iPhone - the silver back along with the black bottom - on the iPhone 7 (Plus), 8 (Plus) and X.

The skin is made of original 3M foil and consists of only one single piece, which makes it much easier to stick and the sticker on the phone looks more realistic. There are two variants to choose from – with and without edge tape. The price for all models is common and has stopped at $19, which after conversion is less than CZK 400. The good news is that ColorWare also ships orders to the Czech Republic and Slovakia, so if you are interested in the skin, you have the opportunity to turn your Apple phone into your first iPhone.
