In recent days, we've had a bag full of responses from Apple executives to fan questions. Yesterday we informed you about Tim Cook's comments on the future of the Mac mini. In this case, too, it is a reader of the MacRumors server. He addressed his email to fan favorite Craig Federighi. In it, he asks the president for software engineering whether we will still see a typical autumn Keynote in October, at which we were used to seeing news mainly from iPads and MacBooks.

The whole idea of the question probably came from this established tradition. Last year in October, we found out what Apple has been working on for the last few years, when it unveiled the brand new Macbook Pro with a new design and TouchBar. However, Craig was clear "I think we are all over-keyed for this year". So Craig meant that the two Keynotes that Apple organized this year, i.e. WWDC and the September Special Event, were enough for this year.

The expectations of the fans will therefore be fixed on the most likely last acts that we have been promised by Apple. This marks the December launch of a smart speaker that Apple has dubbed as HomePod and brand new Space Gray iMac Pro, which was developed for professional use by artists, filmmakers and graphic designers, and according to the first benchmarks, it achieves incredible performance. We must not forget either iPhone X. Pre-orders for the most expensive iPhone in history will start on October 27, and we will see it in stores a week later, on November 3. An update can be expected along with the launch iOS 11 to version 11.1. This is probably the end of the list of official news from Apple, and we will have to wait until 2018 for the next one.
