It's here, we already know the date of the introduction of the new iPhones. It should happen on Wednesday, September 7th from 19:XNUMX our time, and of course we will be there. But what is there to look forward to? Apple will certainly not only prepare iPhones for us, and we will be pleased with other products as well. What are the most speculated about?

That September belongs to iPhones is clear. The only exception was the covid year 2020, otherwise you can really rely on September and this year it doesn't look like Apple will skip the September and October conference, as it just did in the mentioned year. Although there is still a shortage of chips and COVID-19 is still with us, the situation is much more positive.

Apple Watch

If the presentation of the iPhone 14 is more or less 100%, then in the case of the new Apple Watch series, this probability is 90%. The question rather remains how many watch models we will actually see. Quite logically, the Series 8 should come, but then we also have the Apple Watch SE, which, according to available information, could see its 2nd generation. There is also speculation about the Apple Watch Pro, which should be aimed at demanding athletes. The presentation of more than one model is also likely due to the fact that the Apple Watch Series 3 will not receive watchOS 9 support, so they will clear the field.

AirPods Pro 2nd generation

AirPods Pro were introduced in the fall of 2019, so they will soon be three years old. This is the cycle after which Apple comes up with a new generation of the current headphone model. It is strongly expected that the company will launch them with the new iPhones, since that is what they, like the Apple Watch, are primarily intended for. But it's 50/50, because they can easily come a month later, right up until the introduction of the new iPads. So if there will be another such performance.

iPads

If we talk about the new iPads, the basic model and the Pro models come into consideration. After all, the first-mentioned Apple was introduced together with iPhones, so it would be offered even now. But if we consider that the October keynote should still come, it would be more reasonable if Apple showed the new iPads right next to them, side by side. But we won't see the Air and the mini model, they are still very new after all. The later introduction of iPads is also due to the postponement of the release of iPadOS 16.

Macy

It probably wouldn't be completely reasonable if Apple introduced a portfolio of computers with its flagship product. If the September keynote is supposed to be more mobile, the desktop does not fit into it. So if Apple has any more computers in store for us this year, it would be more likely to launch them separately a month later. Perhaps with iPads, because they are the most portable computers ever, which also share the same M1 chip. Of course, the new generations are expected to be equipped with the M2 chip, whether they are iPad Pros, Mac minis or iMacs.

Apple TV and HomePod

Apple TV is still not so old that Apple has to reach for it. If something were to happen around it, it could be more about its combination with the HomePod. Apple still only has one mini model in its portfolio, and it would be nice to have more variants to choose from. But we don't have any information, so it's more just wishful thinking than facts supported by some leaks.

AR / VR headset

It's been quite some time since rumors of Apple's mixed reality headset started to surface. Most recently, various sources suggested that the company is planning to announce the device sometime between 2022 and 2023, although earlier reports were talking about the end of 2022 and many were hoping it would happen as early as WWDC22. It was during the opening keynote that Apple did not mention augmented or virtual reality technologies in a single word, as if trying to keep the appropriate tension in this topic. However, iOS 16 brings a lot of new APIs for AR/VR, such as integration with the U1 chip, advanced scanning, and 4K HDR video support. However, at the moment, there is not a single report that suggests that we will see such a device right now in September.
