The long-awaited "wearable" device, often referred to as the iWatch for short, should see the light of day earlier than originally expected. According to news server Re / code should Apple introduce it together with the new iPhone, at the upcoming September conference.
According to a report from the US server, the bracelet will work closely with the new health features of iOS 8, centered on a set of developer tools HealthKit. In addition, the new device should also communicate with the similar tool HomeKit, which is designed to control smart devices within the home. In addition to the iPhone, the Apple watch will probably also communicate with various health sensors, fitness accessories or perhaps with home lighting, door locks or garage doors.
For now, we can only guess the exact form of this cooperation, because Apple, unlike the iPhone 6, keeps leaks of information and photos at bay. Despite this, John Paczkowski of the server Re/code is convinced that the introduction of a smart Apple watch is fast approaching. And his claims are also believed by a number of other important websites focused on the technology world.
So it is widely believed that the iPhone and iWatch will be introduced together at the conference on September 9th, in less than two weeks. Apple has yet to send out invitations to the upcoming event, but front-row seats would certainly be hotly contested even if they were sent out just hours before the event began. Few people would miss an event that, after a long pause, could go down in the history of the company as revolutionary.
Competitors' smartwatches are a terrible waste, so I hope that Apple will again be one step ahead and introduce something useful.
Why do you think that? Do you have any? I am satisfied with them.
Wearable electronics, like others, are limited in functionality and smartwatches in particular…
Apple will definitely take advantage of the tie-up with US clinics, which could be an advantage from the competition, but probably not for the European market... besides, someone said something about measuring fat or something, okay... but I can't think of anything else they could introduce as functions, than the competition, but maybe surprising :)
spout? :)
I would prefer a holographic projection like in Star Wars

Does anyone have any more detailed information about when the iPhone 6 plus iWatch will be sold in the Czech Republic? Resp. when did the previous versions of iPhones start to be sold in our country?
Officially already in the fall, but in reality the iPhone was always available in January next year at the earliest. According to the WSJ, however, Apple has already ordered 70 to 80 million units from manufacturers this year, so this year's launch could be significantly faster.
I have had my iPhone 5S from the Apple CZ Store since mid-December. And there, I think, was delivery within a week or two.
When the sale started, those who ordered online at night when the sale started from Thursday to Friday had their iPhones at home after the weekend... The rest will wait a week or a month...
Start of sales sometime plus or minus around September 20 and the first orders delivered in about a month. Same as last year.
I think the only sure thing is the 9.9/XNUMX date. and everything else is just pure speculation, which has not come out many times... as can be seen from the reports presented here :-)
Does anyone have an idea how much an iWatch could cost?
7500-9000 I guess. Some people are afraid of it, but for me it's just a normal price for a watch. Timex, Casio, Tissotky also cost the same. Not to mention Breitlings and similar :). So just the price of a normal watch.
Personally, I expect the price tag to be a bit higher. Well, we will see.
