In this regular column, every day we look at the most interesting news that revolves around the California company Apple. We focus here exclusively on the main events and selected (interesting) speculations, leaving the various leaks aside. So if you are interested in current events and want to be informed about the apple world, definitely spend a few minutes on the following paragraphs.

If you want to work at Apple, you have to admit your mistakes

Apple is undoubtedly one of the largest companies in the world that specializes in the production of technically advanced products. It goes without saying that not just anyone gets into the "apple team", but a real professional with a clear vision. It is the employees of the Californian giant who make the progressive company progressive. For this reason, it is clear that if you would like to be employed by Apple, it will not be easy from the start. Sabrina Paseman, who has spent 5 years on the Mac team, is currently speaking. Sabrina told her story to Business Insider magazine, where she mentioned, among other things, what helped her most during the entrance interview.

The most important thing is to admit your mistakes. This is exactly the password that Sabrina herself uses, according to which admitting their mistakes secured her a job. Instead of only highlighting her previous career successes, she also focused on her bad sides. Before her position at Apple, she worked on the development of medical devices. She even brought their prototypes with her to the interview itself and also talked about where she made a mistake during development and what could possibly be done better. By doing so, Sabrina also showed her way of thinking. So if you ever apply for a job at Apple, remember to admit your mistakes and show how you would go about the steps now. According to Sabrina, this combination literally thrilled the company's HR staff, who subsequently adopted it.

MacBook Pro 16″ received a new graphics card

Last year's 16″ MacBook Pro is the TOP model in the current range of Apple laptops. Its performance is mainly relied on by more demanding users who, for example, work with graphics and photos, programming, video editing or composing music. Above all, editors and graphic designers expect their "apple" to provide them with the best possible graphic performance. Until now, users could pay extra for the best graphics card, which was the AMD Radeon Pro 5500M with 8 GB of GDDR6 memory, which cost 6 thousand. But Apple decided to quietly change this and provide its customers with an even more powerful component. The AMD Radeon Pro 5600M card with 8 GB of HBM2 memory was added to the offer today without any announcement. And what about the price? Here, the Californian giant was really not afraid, and if you want to order a 16″ MacBook Pro with this graphics card, you will have to prepare another 24 thousand. At the same time, Apple states on its website that the new card can offer up to 75 percent higher performance than what we could have encountered in the case of the Radeon Pro 5500M model.

You can see how the change took effect here:

Is a flexible iPhone on the way?

We will end today's news with an interesting speculation. The name Jon Prosser is certainly very familiar to many apple growers. This is probably the most accurate leaker, which in the past revealed to us, for example, the arrival of the iPhone SE, its specifications, and focused on the 13″ MacBook Pro. In recent weeks, Jon Prosser has been issuing very interesting tweets discussing the flexible iPhone. Although many people still argue that this is something that today's technology is still not ready for, companies like Samsung and Huawei have shown us the exact opposite. But when we will see a flexible phone with a bitten apple logo is, of course, unclear for now.

Moreover, the arrival of this model was also predicted by the director of Corning. It supplies the glass for the phones themselves for the Californian giant, so it is possible that the novelty is really just around the corner. But the latest tweet from Prosser talks about the fact that the flexible iPhone is not really flexible. Apple is said to be working with a prototype that offers two separate displays connected by a hinge.
