In the new version of the application, it brings a widget, thanks to which you can display a map with the current rainfall in your area on your phone's desktop. You can easily and quickly know if a storm, heavy snowfall or rain is approaching. Rainfall in the Czech Republic is detected by two radars. These are further combined with foreign ones in Germany, Poland, Slovakia and Austria. The application offers accurate coverage of radar images for the whole of Europe.

The radar widget is available in medium size. You can set the area you want to display in the widget. New widgets with radar images complement the offer of weather forecast widgets for the next days or hours.
The new version of the app also brings a dark mode. In the application, you can choose whether you want to have the application in light or dark colors.
Ventusky's goal is to offer highly accurate weather data around the world. It is the first application on the Internet that displays data from radars in such a comprehensive manner. Visitors get access to data that only a few years ago meteorologists worked with.
