Facebook he did last week from its mobile Messenger to a third-party development platform, signaling that it was time to continue developing one of the most popular communication apps. At the start Messenger Platforms it could also be the Czech studio DynamicDust. Thanks to it, you can literally set the world on fire.

Immediately upon the introduction of the new Messenger platform, Facebook showed several dozen applications that are integrated into its application and improve or diversify communication in various ways.

It's now much easier to send GIFs to friends (including yourself), create your own emoji, convert text to sound, or set the world on fire. It is the last mentioned gadget that comes from the workshop of the Prague studio DynamicDust.

Pyro! was originally a stand-alone app where you could "animate" any photo or video with fire effects. You could set fire to houses or even light a flame on the head of your biggest enemy. You can now do all this directly in Messenger, where Pyro was too! integrated.

"We almost deleted the message from them," DynamicDust technical director Dominik Hádl revealed to Jablíčkáři about the beginnings of cooperation with Facebook. Facebook contacted the developer via a web form, and the message initially looked like spam. But then everything went all at once.

“After several conversations and dozens of emails, we found out that our app, Pyro! (three weeks old at the time) caught her attention and that employees all over Facebook are having fun with her," describes Hádl. "That's why they approached us to be one of the first to release a partner app connected to Messenger."

Pyro! for Messenger is found like any other app in the App Store, but the link with Facebook's app is advantageous in that you can also download it directly from Messenger. Click on the three dots in the line above the keyboard and you can install all available applications.

In the end, the DynamicDust studio was given less than a month to convert its application, before Facebook did not want to reveal anything concrete about its plans. "At first we didn't know anything at all. Then they had to tell us more, but we only had less than a month to submit the finished application," said Hádl, adding that they still decided to improve the original application overall, which took more time.

In the end, everything was done and worked out, to the satisfaction of Facebook and DynamicDust, who are already looking around to develop their partnership with Messenger. "Pyro! over 50 people downloaded it a few days after its release, we have great feedback on the app," boasted DynamicDust's technical director.

We can expect that Facebook will not stop developing its Messenger by introducing several dozen applications. On the one hand, developer tools have been released that will arrange the influx of additional applications, as well as recent ones performance Messenger as a platform for sending money showed that Facebook has big plans.
