The prices of Magic peripherals don't make sense. You will pay an extra 6 to 7 hundred for a piece of black

When Apple introduced the new Mac Studio yesterday, the powerful M1 Ultra chip got the spotlight. There is nothing to be surprised about. In terms of performance, this computer easily beats, for example, the Mac Pro, which makes it an ideal partner for professionals, as it is not intimidated even by the most demanding tasks. Along with the new Apple computer, we also received new peripherals - Magic Keyboard, Magic Trackpad and Magic Mouse - which comes in a new black design.

So, if you would like to purchase one of these peripherals now, you can choose from two options. There are products available in white and black, but not quite literally. The body is always made of silver aluminum. For the keyboard, the color is defined only for the keys themselves, for the trackpad and mouse, then for the Multi-Touch touch surface. Even so, the differences are very noticeable at first glance and we have to admit that black simply has something in it and can spice up the worktop in a great way.

At first glance, you might think that the Magic Keyboard, Magic Trackpad and Magic Mouse variants will differ only in their color designs. Unfortunately, this is not the case in the end, as Apple charges six hundred more for black peripherals, and even seven hundred for the mouse. While the white Magic Keyboard costs CZK 5, you can buy the black one for CZK 290, and the white Magic Keyboard costs CZK 5, but Apple charges CZK 890 for the black one. As we have already mentioned, it is no different with the Magic Mouse, which you can buy in white for 3 CZK, or pay an additional seven hundred (CZK 790 in total) for the version with a black Multi-Touch touch surface.

In this regard, Apple has bet on a rather strange strategy, which can still work. We have been used to white peripherals for several years, and if we wanted a change, we would simply have to pay extra. Precisely for this reason, it can be expected that these new pieces, although they are more expensive, will still celebrate relatively solid sales, since this is a relatively pleasant change.
