After the huge success that the Call of Duty game has enjoyed for many years on the PC platform, this cult first-person shooter is also coming to the iOS and Android mobile operating systems. Those interested in free beta testing the game can register at respective website.

CoD is not only one of the most popular shooters of its kind, but also one of the most popular game titles ever. The franchise has managed to sell a respectable 2003 million units worldwide since the game's debut in 250, and the title is still among the bestsellers today.

Call of Duty games have already appeared on mobile platforms in the past, but they were considerably cut down versions. However, Call of Duty: Mobile promises a full-fledged gaming experience with everything. The game in multiplayer mode will include popular maps such as Crossfire, Nuketown, Hijacked or Firing Range, players will be able to use popular game modes such as Team Deathmatch or Search and Destroy. Over time, the game's arsenal will understandably grow.

The teaser, which doesn't even last a full minute, doesn't reveal too much, but we can see impressive graphics, a familiar game environment and other nice details, including a hint of what other promised game modes might look like.

But we can notice one more thing in the video – it is a map with helicopters circling in the air. The map is larger than the regular multiplayer maps in CoD and much more reminiscent of the island from Blackout. Blackout is the new Battle Royale game mode in CoD, which premiered last year in Black Ops 4. It is therefore possible that CoD: Mobile will also bring a Battle Royale mode, following the example of Fortnite or PUBG. The developer company Tencent, which is responsible for the aforementioned PUBG, is behind the title.

The beta version of Call of Duty: Mobile is expected to be released this summer.
