The mobile gaming world had its big star long before popular titles such as Candy Crush Saga, Clash of Clans or Angry Birds existed today. He was well known to all Snake, which was a fixed part of all Finnish Nokia phones. Now the original Snake is coming to iOS, Android and Windows Phone, and smartphone users will be able to enjoy the now legendary type of entertainment.

The snake has not lost its popularity even after years, which is also known by game developers for modern platforms. In the App Store or Google Play, you will therefore find a number of clones and alternative versions of the original Hada. However, on May 14th, the game "Snake Rewind" is planned to be special for one simple reason. Behind it is the Finnish developer Taneli Armanto, who was at the very birth of the mobile Hada and was responsible for its installation on the Nokia 6110.

The merits of Armant cannot be denied even though Had was not created by Nokia, but under different names it appeared as a computer game since the end of the 70s of the last century.

Snake Rewind is coming in a big way and is coming to all 3 major mobile platforms. Users can play Hada on iOS, Android and Windows Phone, and in addition to the already classic entertainment, they will also get some new features. For example, it will be possible to "rewind" the game and continue it even after the "death" of the snake.

Studio Rumilus Design, which is developing the game with Armant, has not yet disclosed what pricing policy it will implement for the game. However, all indications on the developer's website point to a freemium model. So it seems that the game will be free to download and subsequently there will be many options to make the game special by making purchases inside it.

Armanto worked for Nokia for almost 16 years before leaving the company in 2011. Now, according to his LinkedIn profile, he runs a freelance business. The man won an award for Snake in 2005, speaking publicly about Snake:

When we created Hada for the Nokia 1997 in 6610, we wanted to give people entertainment, but we never imagined that it could become a legendary mobile game. It showed people that it was possible to make a great game for mobile. Above all, we wanted to take advantage of the infrared port of the Nokia 6610 (the first at the time), which allowed people to play against each other.
