Voxel Tycoon, a new building strategy, offers an endless world of three-dimensional pixels to explore and build. Unlike other games in the genre, it allows you to expand your city truly endlessly. Voxel Tycoon is not limited to pre-designed maps where the developers limit you with clearly set barriers. Thanks to the procedural generation of the landscape, any borders in the game disappear, and how far your ever-growing empire will reach depends only on your skill.

Voxel Tycoon certainly doesn't offer the most realistic depiction of a developing metropolis. The houses and angular hills resemble Minecraft screenshots more than the landscape you can see around you. But where the developers skimped on the graphics, they really overheated the available game mechanics. Voxel Tycoon is a paradise for ambitious micromanagers. While other building strategies focus mainly on building and then fulfilling the demands of your city's inhabitants, Voxel Tycoon focuses its attention on the detailed construction of industry and supply systems. When you learn that in the game you will be in charge of mining resources, moving them and processing them in factories, it already invites further comparisons with the popular Minecraft.

However, the management of raw materials and their use is of course not everything. As your industry grows, so will the city around it. Its inhabitants then express their wishes and needs. Instead of building specific buildings for them, you'll need to adapt your own industry approach to meet them. Because different types of manufactured goods will make the inhabitants happy.
