Jan Zdarsa Bills is a simple app to store and keep track of your bills due on a particular day. Whether it's credit card payments, mortgage payments, taxes, phone bills, or anything else. Bills is here for those of us who don't want to needlessly carry in our heads the dates of when to pay what. Moreover, from a Czech workshop!
After starting the application, you will see in the overview which accounts are overdue, which are due today, as well as accounts with advance notice (=accounts where you set when the application should notify you of payment) and accounts which will be due in the next 30 days.
Adding accounts to the application is easy - you fill in the name, choose the category, amount, maturity, whether the payment is repeated at some regular interval or whether it is an automatic payment, advance notice of repayment or possibly some other note. As for the categories, there are already many predefined ones with very successful icons, or you can add your own categories as well.
You can see all the bills in the calendar, which will mark the days when you should pay any bills. You can click through each day to see which bills you should pay that day. If the account is already paid, click on it and then press the pay button.
You may find more similar apps in the Appstore, but the Bills app also has push notifications. If you set a notification for the given account, the application will not forget to send you a push notification on the given day about the need to pay a bill. In the settings, you can choose what sound the push notification should have and you can also choose what time the application should notify you.
If you don't want anyone to be able to look at your iPhone accounts, you can set a lock and enter a four-digit pin code every time you start it up. Bills syncs with the Bills web app, which you can also log into and enter bills from your computer.
Some may miss an overview of what they have already paid this month. In short, a screen with history. However, there is a high probability that work will be done on that as well, the authors will just wait for feedback from users and then develop the application further. At the moment, you can only look at the payment overview of the given account.
Bills is from the Czech workshop of the creator of the very successful NotifyMe application, so of course it is completely in Czech. The creators have added more since the last application, and the Bills application will definitely be among the top on the Appstore. After Cookmate, this is the second Czech application with an excellent design. If you like the app, run while the introductory price of €1,59 applies.

Thanks for the tip, I bought Bills even though the history screen is woefully missing! Without it, the application is half as good, so I really hope that the authors will add it in the next updates. I would like to see how much I spent in a given month both overall and within individual categories.

For payment history: on the application page (http://www.powerybase.com/bills/) is listed as one of the features: Payment log with a history of actions. Well, it seems that it was forgotten in the first "boot" version... Otherwise, I have NotifyMe and this application must not be missing even for iPhone :)
I usually don't want to interfere in discussions, but now I need to clarify my payment history. It is located in the application and can be viewed from the account card. What is missing are the totals for months or categories, which we postponed until the following versions. Unfortunately, this information is not included in the review itself. The payment history logs automatic payments, manual payments and any cancellation of payments.
Of course I meant it. So I added one more sentence to make it clearer for the reader. But I definitely need a list of payments for given months or periods (e.g. from payment to payment).
