The cheapest ones actually start at $349, but you'll usually pay more for different combinations of editions and tapes. The most luxurious 18-carat gold variant costs a dizzying 17 thousand dollars (over 420 thousand crowns).
The second task of the Apple boss was to reveal how long the Watch will last. Since the September presentation of the watch, the endurance has been the subject of eternal speculation, and Tim Cook has finally officially confirmed that the Apple Watch will last a day. In reality, however, it is more about playing with numbers and we can only hope that the watch will really accompany us from morning to evening.
According to Tim Cook, the Watch will last all day. During the presentation, however, they talked about 18 hours, and Apple still has this figure on the website disassembled and the fact is this: 90 time checks, 90 notifications, 45 minutes of app usage and 30 minutes of training with Bluetooth music playback for 18 hours.
When exercising with an active heart rate sensor, the watch's battery life is reduced to seven hours, playing music reduces battery life by another half hour, and the Watch can only handle three hours of receiving calls. There will usually be more of the all-day mixed use mentioned above, but it's not dazzling either.
What is certain now is the fact that it will be possible to extend the life of the watch thanks to the replaceable battery, which for TechCrunch confirmed Apple spokesperson. According to a small note on the Apple website every user whose battery capacity drops below 50 percent should be entitled to a battery replacement. However, Apple has not yet revealed how many times the exchange will be possible and whether it will cost anything.
You won't find it a funny watch that will last a day, I don't know where Apple is going, but it's not a good way, besides, the price for an unnecessary thing

Apple is known for always being very precise. In reality, even their toys will last longer.
1) I don't buy things in order not to use them, and the indicated durability is always "up to", i.e. some kind of minimum with "some" use - in practice (at least mine) it is always significantly less. So, with total calmness (and taking into account a certain reserve - I certainly don't want to run the battery down to 0 and wonder if it will immediately terminate the service at the most inopportune moment), I would divide the figure by 2.
2) even if I agree with you, it will work maybe for the first year, then the battery will slowly go to hell, there will be a few years of suffering and at 50% Apple will replace it for me... hmmm... Maybe with a phone (IP4 - I'm still waiting for a reasonable replacement) now I literally go from charger to charger – if I'm going somewhere and I know that I should rely on my phone (e.g. to call a tow truck), I usually take an old T38m as a backup, or even an external battery with USB... for a watch, I'd like something he didn't like to wait for that.
And why don't you simply change the battery in the ip4? They are sold for approx. 7€ new and can be installed even by a layman.
About the battery in the watch, it's about the same. I have nothing against them, but I'd rather wait for the kind, the third generation, if this one will be sold, where perhaps the battery will be handled differently.
I don't understand why you don't change the battery for the iPhone 4, loosen 2 screws, and the battery costs 15 euros.

Hm... Well, these specific numbers finally discouraged me. The watch would last me about two hours. I need them to be able to handle a two-hour run, when I have Runtastic on and play music from the watch to my BT headphones... And then some notifications, a few hundred glances at the time a day (it doesn't seem like it, but the person with the watch he looks at them very often, he doesn't even realize it, especially when the end of the shift is approaching :)) etc...
The problem is that I typically go to work out when I get home from work... The watch will be at about 40% if it's like with the iPhone, and I'm not going to wait an hour and a half for it to charge before I work out...
