Already at the beginning it was talked about in November, that the new office suite iWork 11 will go on sale together with the launch of the Mac App Store. We already know the date when the new store will launch. The fact that we will see iWork 6 on January 11 is also looking more and more realistic. All the indications point to it.

9to5mac.com did a survey of Apple Stores and learned from sellers that the iWork bundles are not in stores and there are no more on the way. The world-famous online retailer Amazon also reports that it is sold out, only family packs are available.

The online Apple Store does have iWork in stock, but it has a "New" label. This could also indicate the arrival of a new version soon, unless of course it is a bug in the system. However, the label has been hanging there for days, so it doesn't look like it. And in the online Apple Store, we can also come across iWork 11 in the search engine, which displays the new version of the office suite in the whisperer.

It is also interesting that the current iWork 09 was released on January 6, 2009. Is this a coincidence or did Apple plan everything on purpose?
