Yesterday, Apple expanded the range of sold Beats headphones. After a long wait, the Beats Studio 3 headphones have arrived, which should offer a unique listening experience together with the latest technologies. The Beats Studio 3 are over-the-ear headphones that cost a segment higher than the Beats Solo 3.

The new Studios follow on from their predecessor from the second generation, but they borrow many elements from the long-selling Beats Solo 3. Probably the most significant element is the presence of the W1 chip, which will make the operation with the headphones very easy and convenient, thanks to automatic pairing with your Apple devices . The W1 chip will also take care of extending the battery life, thanks to the connection with the Bluetooth module with lower consumption. According to official information, the headphones should last for around 40 hours of playback.

Another novelty in this product line is the presence of active noise cancellation. In this mode, the headphones should eliminate the vast majority of ambient sounds, both by adjusting the volume and hitting specific frequencies. However, with active ambient sound suppression turned on, endurance will decrease. In this mode, it should move to the limit of 22 hours. Beats claims that their technology is more effective in suppressing ambient sound than that offered by competitor Bose, for example.

Despite the fact that the new model looks very similar to the old one, a lot has reportedly changed under the surface. In addition to the internal electronics, the earcups are said to have been redesigned as well, which should be even more comfortable and the user should not have a problem with all-day listening. The Fast Fuel function also appears here, thanks to which the headphones can last up to three hours of listening time after ten minutes of charging.

If you buy Beats Studio 3, in addition to the headphones, a travel case, connection cables, charging cable (micro-USB) and documentation will be waiting for you in the box. The wired version of the Studio headphones has not been updated. The headphones are available in six color variants, namely red, matte black, white, porcelain pink, blue and "shadow gray". The last mentioned variant is a limited edition with gold accents. On apple.cz with the headphones available for 8,- and availability in mid-October.
