For several months now, it has been speculated that Apple will introduce a new generation of its smartwatches in September. Apple Watch Series 4 should bring a number of novelties and a revised design. Now from Debby Wu and the renowned Mark Gurman of Bloomberg we learn more interesting details.

Based on the information so far, the fourth series of Apple Watch should have a 15% larger display. Above all, the bezels should be narrowed, and Apple would thus be able to offer an edge-to-edge display for its next product. With this finding, however, the question arises as to whether the body of the watch itself will be larger and, along with it, the concern whether the Apple Watch Series 4 will be compatible with the current straps.

Difference between Apple Watch Series 4 and Series 3:

However, according to the latest reports from Bloomberg, the new Apple Watch should have the same dimensions as the Series 3. Gurman also confirmed that all the straps introduced so far will be compatible with the new series. Owners of the current Apple Watch can therefore purchase a new, at first glance larger model and fit it with their bands without any worries.

In addition to a noticeably larger display, the Apple Watch Series 4 will also offer a number of other novelties. First of all, they should boast new fitness functions, as well as a more comprehensive range of health amenities. Battery life should also improve, which could also indicate that the Apple Watch will finally get the ability to analyze sleep.
