Yesterday was interesting for Czech apple growers for two reasons. On the one hand, they got to see (just like the rest of the world) the opening Keynote of the WWDC developer conference with the unveiling of a whole range of new operating systems, and on the other hand, they finally learned the start date of LTE support for the Apple Watch. This is still missing in our meadows and groves, even though Apple has been offering it with the Apple Watch since 2017. Fortunately, thanks to T-Mobile, this will be different from Monday, June 14. If you too are thinking that thanks to the LTE models of the Apple Watch you will finally get rid of your dependence on the iPhone and connect your watch to it, in the following lines we will recap how much this decision will cost you - that is, at least in terms of buying an Apple Watch.

Since Apple did not officially sell LTE Apple Watch models in the Czech Republic, we will assume that if you want to use them, you can go for one of the new models that offer support - in other words, we will not take into account any possible trips abroad for LTE Watch from an earlier era or bargain shopping at lower prices. So how much will an Apple Watch with LTE support cost you in that case? For a relatively pleasant money. The Apple Watch SE with LTE support, which Apple refers to as the Cellular version of the Watch, starts with 40mm models for a very decent 9390 CZK. For you will pay CZK 10190 for a larger model of the same series, which is definitely not an amount that would exceed the normal prices of the Apple Watch, quite the opposite. If we then talk about the Series 6 models made of aluminum, you they start at CZK 14290 a ends at 15090 CZK.

The most expensive are, of course, the polished steel versions, which have not been sold in the Czech Republic until now. Apple only produces them in the LTE version and sells them only where this gadget is supported. And what kind of prices are we talking about? You can get the cheapest steel Watch with LTE support in a 40 mm version with a silicone sports strap for a price of 18990 CZK. The most expensive steel models are the 44mm version with a Milanese pull for 21790 CZK. The most expensive LTE Apple Watch sold in the Czech Republic will therefore cost more than twice the price of the cheapest LTE version, which is understandable given the material used, the strap and the watch's equipment. As for the start of sales, at least according to T-Mobil, it should probably not happen until next Monday.

The Apple Watch LTE will be available for purchase here
