Following for today's release of watchOS 5.2, which brought the ECG measurement function to the new Apple Watch Series 4 to nineteen European countries, Apple has now released the new watchOS 5.2.1 beta 1 to developers. Along with this, the first public beta versions of iOS 12.3 and tvOS 12.3 have also been released for testers.

Developers can update to the first watchOS 5.2.1 beta through the Watch app on iPhone. However, it is necessary to have the appropriate developer profile added to the device, which can be obtained in Developer Center on Apple's official website. The annual fee for participation in the developer program is $99.

To test the public beta versions of iOS 12.3 and tvOS 12.3, you must be logged in Apple Beta Software Program, which is free. From there, too, you need to download the relevant profile to the iPhone and mark the device as a test device. In the case of Apple TV, all you have to do to subscribe to beta versions is to sign up in Settings.

The beta version of the systems is primarily used to eliminate errors that you, as a tester, should report directly to Apple through the Feedback application. At the same time, you can also try out all the new features that Apple has added to the new versions, and possibly test whether they work correctly. In the case of the new iOS 12.3 and tvOS 12.3, it is the most attractive new feature redesigned  TV app.
