Apple releases more iOS 13 updates. iOS 13.1.3 and iPadOS 13.1.3 were released today for iPhones and iPads. As the designation of the systems already suggests, these are other minor updates in which Apple focused on bug fixes and other improvements.

The new version comes two weeks after iPadOS and iOS 13.1.2 and, like the previous update, solves several problems that users may have encountered across systems. Specifically, Apple's programmers focused on bugs related to the Mail app, iCloud backups, and the reliability of Bluetooth connections. The new version also speeds up the launch of some applications, specifically games.

What's new in iPadOS and iOS 13.1.3:

  • Fixes an issue that could prevent a meeting invitation from opening in Mail
  • Fixes an issue that could prevent Voice Recorder recordings from being downloaded after restoring from an iCloud backup
  • Addresses an issue that could prevent apps from downloading when restoring from an iCloud backup
  • Improves connection reliability of Bluetooth hearing aids and headsets
  • Speeds up the launch of apps that use Game Center

iOS 13.1.3 and iPadOS 13.1.3 can be downloaded on compatible iPhones and iPads in Settings -> In general -> Software update. The update is around 92 MB (it varies depending on the device and system version you are updating from).
