Vratislav Holub iOS 16.2 and iPadOS 16.2 are finally available to the public after a long period of testing. Apple has just made available the expected versions of the new operating systems, thanks to which any Apple user with a compatible device can immediately update. You can do this very simply by opening it Settings > General > Software Update. The new systems bring with them a number of rather interesting novelties. So let's look at them together.

- Freeform is a new app for creative collaboration with friends and colleagues on Macs, iPads and iPhones
- You can add files, images, notes and other items to its flexible whiteboard

- With fully adjustable vocal volume, you can join the original performer with a second voice, sing solo or a combination of both

This update also includes the following improvements and bug fixes:
- Improved search in Messages lets you search photos by what's in them, like dogs, cars, people, or text
- Using the "Reload and show IP address" option, iCloud Private Transfer users can temporarily disable this service for specific pages in Safari
- As other participants edit a shared note, the Notes app shows their cursors live
- AirDrop now automatically reverts to Contacts Only after 10 minutes to prevent unauthorized content delivery
- Crash detection on iPhone 14 and 14 Pro models has been optimized
- Fixed an issue that prevented some notes from syncing to iCloud after making changes
