Apple releases more patch updates. iOS 13.2.3 and iPadOS 13.2.3 were released for iPhones and iPads a little while ago. These are other minor updates in which Apple focused on fixing four bugs.

The new version comes less than two weeks after iPadOS 13.2.2 and iOS 13.2.2, which fixed a serious problem with RAM, where the system almost immediately terminated some applications running in the background.

Now, in new updates, Apple is again focusing on some bugs that may have plagued users when using iPhones and iPads. According to the update notes, for example, the issue with search not working in the system and Mail, Files and Notes apps has been resolved. Apple also fixed a bug where some apps were not downloading content in the background, or a problem with displaying content in the Messages app.

What's new in iPadOS and iOS 13.2.3:

  1. Fixes a bug that could cause system search and Mail, Files, and Notes to not work
  2. Addresses an issue with displaying photos, links, and other attachments in Messages conversation details
  3. Fixes a bug that could prevent apps from downloading content in the background
  4. Addresses an issue that could prevent Mail from downloading new messages and cause Exchange accounts to not include a quote from the original message

You can download iOS 13.2.3 and iPadOS 13.2.3 on compatible iPhones and iPads at Settings -> In general -> Software update. The update is around 103 MB (it varies depending on the device and system version you are updating from).
