The Mavic Pro drone (or quadcopter, if you prefer) was introduced by DJI last year. It is a kind of intermediate between amateur models (such as DJI Spark) and semi-professional/professional Phantom models. For many, this is a great compromise between price and quality. The Mavic Pro can be folded and is therefore suitable for travel, unlike larger models. Until now, it was only possible to purchase it in a gray color variant.

In terms of hardware, the Mavic Pro has a 12MP camera capable of capturing 4K video at 30 frames per second (or slow motion 1080p). With specific accessories and under ideal conditions, you can fly it even 5 kilometers away, with a maximum speed of around 60 kilometers per hour. The presence of GPS and partial autonomous mode and roughly 30 minutes of battery life in action is a matter of course.
