Apple released the new official version of macOS High Sierra for all users yesterday after eight o'clock in the evening. The new feature is labeled 10.13.2 and after several weeks of testing it was officially published. This is the second update since the release of the original version of macOS High Sierra, and this time it mainly brings bug fixes, better optimization and improved compatibility. The new update is available through the Mac App Store and is ready to download for anyone with a compatible device.

This time, the official list of changes is somewhat sparse on information, so it can be expected that most of the changes took place "under the hood" and Apple does not explicitly mention them in the changelog. The official information about the update is as follows:

macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 Update:

  • Improves compatibility with some third-party USB audio devices

  • Improves VoiceOver navigation when viewing PDF documents in Preview

  • Improves braille compatibility with Mail

  • For more detailed information about the update, see this article.

  • For more detailed information about the security included in this update, see this article.

A more detailed list of changes and new features can be expected to appear in the next few hours, once there is enough time to explore the new version. We will inform you about the most important news. It can also be expected that this new version contains the last one security updates, which Apple released last week.
