At the end of last week, Apple released a video in which it presents eight reasons why you will (or should) love the new iPhone 8. The video appeared on YouTube on the day the new iPhone officially went on sale, so it is a sort of launch video for sales. We have to wait a few more days for the start of sales.

Eight main attractions are mentioned in the video, but we already know them very well, because Apple already boasted about them during the keynote. The first of these is to be the construction of the new iPhone, which uses the strongest glass currently available on the market. This should mean that the new iPhone 8 is one of the most durable glass phones, which are currently on offer. Another reason is the presence of the Portrait Lightning function, which Apple also discussed in depth at the keynote. The new function allows you to take even more perfect portrait photos.

The third reason is the presence of wireless charging, which is new for iPhones, although the competition has had it for many years. This is followed by the presence of the most powerful mobile processor available for phones today. O performance of the A11 Bionic chip much has been written, and everyone must admit that in this respect Apple is far ahead of the competition.

The fifth reason is the presence of "the world's most popular camera", as Apple often calls the camera in the iPhone. However, the first tests indicate that the quality of the camera in the new iPhones it's really worth it. The sixth reason is water resistance, but this has not changed since last year, and the iPhone 8 thus once again has "only" IP67 certification.

The seventh reason is the presence of the Retina HD display, which also supports True Tone technology. This time, unlike point No. 6, it is a relevant reason. True Tone is great, and once you get used to it, other displays are significantly less pleasant to look at. The last reason, but certainly not the least important, is the presence of augmented reality. It is already showing how practical AR applications can be. Let's give the developers a few more months and see what great apps they come up with after that.
