At one time, the Apple Store in Prague was undoubtedly the most discussed topic among Czech apple sellers. Tim Cook met with our Prime Minister, Andrej Babiš, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, when part of their discussion was the establishment of a store in Prague. Gradually, however, the situation calmed down completely. But hope dies last. According to the latest news from Bloomberg Apple plans to greatly expand its network of stores.

Despite the fact that the world is moving more and more to an online environment, where today we can literally buy everything from A to Z, Apple has plans to open more retail stores. For now, they operate 511 worldwide, with more than 100 of them shared in Europe. But we have to point out one thing. Apple's vice president for retail sales, Deirdre O'Brien, confirmed the expansion plan, but unfortunately did not specify in any way what countries can enjoy, or where the new Apple Story will "grow." According to various information, Europe should be the main focus anyway.

So does the news we informed you about at the beginning of May hint at something? The Apple Store building appeared on the visualization of Prague's Masaryk Square by investment company Penta Investments. Subsequently, our colleagues at Let the World Apple managed to obtain an exclusive statement directly from Penta, which you can read in this article. So nothing is lost yet. But at the moment, we have no choice but to wait. In any case, the arrival of the Apple Store in Prague would bring with it a number of advantages. For one thing, we could look at all the products sold, and quite possibly AppleCare+ would also come.
