He also doesn't want our activity to be monitored by social networks, allows us not to share our real e-mail, etc. He won't allow us to sideload applications, for example, or allow alternative stores on his platform, because that would be a security risk (according to him). Apple is promptly correcting security flaws, but we are unlucky when it comes to the current weather.

The fault is not with your receiver
Closing the app or restarting the device didn't help. If the Weather app loaded for you, at least in the widget, it was showing inaccurate temperatures. After the launch of the title, there was no information for the given locations, not only here, but all over the world, and not only for domestic users, but again for everyone, wherever they were.

Even today, the weather is still not working at 100%. Of course, we understand that it can only be a small thing, on the other hand, even such a small thing should not happen with a service that can affect our health to a certain extent.
I deleted the weather app, downloaded the free "in-weather" app and it's quiet.
I am extremely satisfied with the weather from the iPhone, accurate, clear, fast, graphically nice and, above all, simple, I have nothing to complain about.
