In recent months, there has been more and more talk about the arrival of the new iPad Pro, which should boast a noticeably better display. The larger variant with a 12,9″ screen will receive Mini-LED technology. It brings the benefits known from OLED panels, while not suffering from common problems with burning pixels and the like. We already know quite a bit about the product. In any case, it remains a mystery when we will see this piece at all. Fresh news has now been brought by the renowned Bloomberg portal, according to which the show is literally around the corner.

The aforementioned performance was previously dated to the end of last year or the March Keynote (which did not even take place in the final), but this information was never confirmed. In any case, a number of reputable sources were behind the fact that Apple will reveal the product to us in the first half of this year. Bloomberg then added that we should tentatively count on April. Today's message moreover confirms this statement. According to the latest information, we should see the introduction of the expected iPad Pro this month. In any case, it will not be without complications due to the coronavirus situation.

Apple is said to be facing various problems on the production side, where the Mini-LED display, which is already in short supply, is to blame. But Bloomberg still relies on its anonymous sources, who are said to be very familiar with Apple's plans. According to them, the actual introduction of the product should take place despite these problems. The stumbling block may then be that although the iPad Pro will be revealed in the coming weeks, we will have to wait for it some Friday.

Apart from various leaks and analyses, Apple's work on the new generation iPad Pro is also confirmed by references in the code of the beta version of the iOS 14.5 operating system. 9to5Mac magazine revealed mentions of the A14X chip, which should be used in new Apple tablets. In addition to Mini-LED displays, in the case of a larger variant and a more powerful processor, they should also offer Thunderbolt support via a USB-C port. It is understandably unclear for now whether the Cupertino company decided to make a presentation through a Keynote or a press release.
