Apple has currently presented us with a cheaper model of the apple watch, which, modeled on the popular iPhone, bears the designation Apple Watch SE and will thus replace the third generation that has been sold so far. The main advantage of this model should be its price. Of course, this is again, let's say, a "truncated" version of the current watch, which nevertheless offers great advantages and a number of useful functions. According to Apple, this is the ideal model for new users.
In short, we could say that this is a lightweight version of the classic Series 6 watch in the guise of a Series 4 or 5 with the same dimensions. Thanks to this, the watch offers a fairly large display, rounded edges and two size variants, namely 40 and 44 millimeters. Compared to the mentioned versions, however, it differs in the processor. The Apple Watch SE will offer the Apple S5 processor, which is twice as fast as the Apple Watch Series 3. We could find this chip in the mentioned fourth and fifth generation of the product. Cellular models with eSIM support and the Family Setup function will also be available. This news probably does not apply to us. In the Czech Republic, only watches with GPS are available.
