A few tens of minutes ago, Apple released a new version of the iOS and iPadOS operating system, specifically with serial number 14.8. There will of course be some news, but definitely don't expect anything extra. Primarily, this version is labeled as a security update according to Apple, as it fixes two major bugs and other bugs. This is one of the last iOS and iPadOS 14 updates before the release of iOS and iPadOS 15. We will find out if there are any other news in the coming days.

How to update?

If you want to update your iPhone or iPad, it is not complicated. You just need to go to Settings -> General -> Software Update, to find, download, and install the new update. If you have set automatic updates, you don't have to worry about anything and iOS or iPadOS 14.8 will be installed automatically at night, i.e. if the iPhone or iPad is connected to power.
