It's only been a few minutes since Apple released a new version of iOS that is available to the public and anyone with a compatible device. This is version 11.0.2, which follows version 11.0.1 after a week. In addition to classic bugfixes, it also contains a fix for a critical bug that was complained about by a large number of users.
You can update in the classic Over-The-Air method via Settings - In general - Software update. The new version of iOS 11.0.2 is about 277MB. iOS 11.0.2 brings bug fixes and improvements to your iPhone and iPad (and iPod Touch).
This update:
- Fixes an issue that could cause crackling noises during phone calls on a small number of iPhone 8 and 8 Plus devices
- Addresses an issue that could lead to some photos being unintentionally hidden
- Fixes problems opening S/MIME encrypted e-mail attachments

And why didn't they fix even one of the bugs? On the iPhone 7, the 3D touch keeps acting up (stutters when pressed), the caller ID doesn't show when I turn on the phone, when I call someone, messages from the notification bar don't open when I click on them... and that's not even talking about the battery life. Oh yeah, Apple is getting worse and worse, I've never had so many bugs in my phone when I upgraded, and I bought the XNUMX quite recently. It totally ruined the phone.
so downgrade to 10.3.3. and it is, isn't it?
I've already thought about it. But what about the warranty? Won't I lose her?
In any case.
What about restoring from iCloud when downgrading?
And how is it done please?
So I don't have any problems (not even with the battery) on the 7ce. the only thing was that my credit card was deleted, but otherwise everything is ok. I would try to pre-install
This upgrade fixed one thing = it is now possible to delete emails en masse in the application.
well, my phone works, I have an iphoneC, so apart from nothing, it reported that I didn't have space on the disk, so I deleted about 100 photos (I also deleted them from the folder) and the next day it reported that I didn't have enough space on the disk again :D (I guess on the remote the disk is full of shit) so I'm glad I'm not getting updates
anyway, the pixel 2 will be released tomorrow and if it's water resistant, I'll buy it and fuck Apple :)
iOS 11 no longer supports iPhone 5C :)
You wrote that you have an iPhone C, so I assume it's a 5C.
so I'm not complaining that it's no longer supported, on the contrary. the last 2-3 updates did not bring anything useful and since then the device is slower, less responsive. from a technical point of view, there is no reason why it was fast at the time of purchase and now I have to wait 1s after pressing the button, sometimes the call gets stuck and I have to restart and the like.
as for the disk, it is also a mystery when it tells me that it is full anyway, and I have everything installed: google maps 238MB, youtube 95MB, chrome 172MB, hangouts 77MB and about 350MB of photos + 336MB of mail. no music, no videos... a total of 1268MB, and iOS says I don't have enough space on the disk. just apple, what would a person want hehehe, as I say, apple never again, I don't care about this planned obsolescence (caused by certain updates or shitty SSD)
I have an iPhone 5s and the new iOS parade - I am very satisfied.
I think that the space on the phone is because of the photos, or because the iCloud is full.
photos take up 350 MB of the total 1268 MB, see the list above for the things I have installed. I don't use iCloud.
so, as I say, it's some kind of Apple bullshit that's supposed to force me to switch to a new phone and force it, only it won't be Apple anymore
Try a hard reboot………
I'm also not aware of iOS having a "trash".
well, when you delete a photo, it goes into the Recently Deleted folder, which has a trash can icon
And with the battery life on the iPhone 6 64 GB it didn't do anything for the better...maybe rather the opposite :o(
I have an iPhone 6+ and it doesn't offer me any updates.
Fuck Apple! The last update completely screwed up FaceTime. Both sides deaf. Alternatively, a crazed pasquil wail. So I can't connect with my family.
After the update, I started downloading from the AppStore. For example, I select an app, I get confirmation via touchID and the wheel starts to spin but it doesn't start downloading, after a while everything stops without any results, does anyone have a similar experience? I have an iPhone 8 plus 64gb
